Why Use an Athletic Trainer
For Every Body
Athletic trainers (ATs) provide medical services to all types of patients, not just athletes participating in sports, & can work in a variety of job settings.
A Team Approach
ATs work directly with a physician, in accordance with their education, training & the state’s statutes, rules and regulations.
educating patients
Athletic trainers specialize in patient education. This helps to prevent future injury & re-injury.
fast-track recovery
ATs are able to reduce injury & shorten rehabilitation time for their patients, which translates to lower absenteeism from work or school & reduced health care costs.
