Beginner - Fundamental of movements

The Beginner Basics of Strength Training class for ages 6-11 emphasizes fundamental movement patterns, teaching essential techniques such as squats, lunges, and planks. Participants will also engage in plyometrics and learn correct jump landing techniques, all while focusing on proper warm-up and cool-down routines to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risk.

Middle & High School 

This class is an Intermediate/Advance with the focus of this class is full body fitness and workouts with a strong emphasis on technique and proper form. This class is a great way to prevent injuries and learn new exercises. Includes strength, cardio, plyometrics and stretching.


For grades 7th-12th at the Intermediate/Advance level. Prior knowledge of proper squat form is necessary.

Adult

The focus of this class is full body fitness and workouts with a strong emphasis on technique and proper form. This class is a great way to prevent injuries and learn new exercises. We meet each participant where they are at and are able to accommodate for injuries as needed. 

Includes strength, cardio, plyometrics and stretching.


For adults only.

These classes along with all classes can and will be modified for any injuries, pain and difficulty during the class periods.

Dancer Specific Strength Training


This class provides a comprehensive 60-minute session dedicated to dance-specific strength training while deepening participants' knowledge of anatomy and mechanics applicable to various dance styles. Dancers of all levels are welcome to enhance their skills, improve physical capabilities, and minimize injury risks, ultimately elevating their overall performance across any dance genre. This class along with all class can and will be modified for any injuries, pain and difficulty during the class periods.

Gymnastic Specific Strength Training

This class is designed specifically for gymnasts looking to take their performance to the next level through a blend of cross-training, strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance work: all tailored to the unique demands of gymnastics.

Yoga For Athletes



This class focuses on functional mobility, dynamic flexibility, and active recovery. Participants will target tight areas such as the hips, hamstrings, and shoulders while building core stability and balance. Through intentional breathwork and guided recovery techniques, athletes will learn to manage muscle soreness, restore symmetry to the body, and sharpen mental focus to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risk.

Stretch and Recovery - All levels and Ages 12+ - Adults

The Stretch and Recovery Class focuses on guided stretching and mobility exercises that aim to enhance flexibility while promoting overall wellness after a demanding week of physical activity. Participants will explore a variety of recovery techniques, utilizing tools such as Normatec boots, massage guns, and foam rollers to effectively facilitate muscle recovery and improve athletic performance. This class provides a comprehensive approach to recovery, ensuring that individuals leave feeling rejuvenated and ready for their next challenge.
